Hi everyone. I am a new member of the forum. I'm writing from Turkey. My Intel Arc A750 graphics card is giving me a black screen problem when playing Rome Total War Attila. I have tried all the solutions but to no avail. I cannot play Rome Total even though all my drivers are up to date. I cannot play Rome Total even though all my drivers are up to date. I like my Intel Arc video card, I hope there is a solution. Also, there is no "scripts.txt" file in the "scripts" folder in c:/users/[username]/appdata/roaming/The Creative Assembly. So I can't change the directx settings.

- When did the issue start, and have you made any changes that might have led to the issue?
- Is it possible that you can share with us the video of the Total War Attila when it goes black screen? And does it happen randomly?
- Was Total War Attila the only game that was having an issue with your system?
What is the brand and model of your power supply? This is to check if your PSU meets the Arc graphics requirements. - Please make a list of all the troubleshooting steps that you have already performed so we can avoid repeating them.
- Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
