Hello addelucas123,
To proceed with this I will be needing some information for us to further investigate this:
- Is your Arc A770 is an Intel brand or an Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM)? Example like (Asrock, Sparkle, etc.)
- What driver version you are using right?
- Have you perform clean installation of the driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller and install the latest driver (32.0.101.6078)?
- Can you provide the direct link where you download the game?
- Also, can you share an image of your Arc Control showing the parameters of temperature while playing the game you have mentioned?
I am looking forward hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Good evening, I am going to send you a video that lasts 37 minutes. I want you to do a laboratory test with your GPU. It is not valid with the lid open, the computer must be closed, nor is the 100% automatic fans valid. I think it seems more driver problem or something, because from 73 or 75 degrees Celsius it should be running at 2100 RPM and 1150 RPM. The video will be well summarized, I want you to have a maximum test of 4 to 6 hours in a test laboratory Intel Arc A770 16 LE GPU testing RDR2 at full 1920x1080 Vulkan
1. My graphics card is Intel Arc A770 16GB LE
2. What version do I have Intel Arc A770?, 32.0.101.6078 With clean installation using Display Driver Uninstaller
4. https://youtu.be/1PU5Zck5Ty8
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PU5Zck5Ty8&ab_channel=DavidPradosDeLucas
5. Here you have the screenshots of Arc Control parameters

Hello addelucas123,
Thank you for waiting; to further investigate and test this I have some additional question for this situation. Please answer the following question below:
- Can you clarify the statement "73 or 75 degrees Celsius it should be running at 2100 RPM and 1150 RPM". Does it mean the around 73 or 75 degrees the fan should be running at 2100RPM and not 1150 RPM?
- Also, can you please specify at which time stamp we are to focus on the YouTube video you have sent?
- Can you please share to me the settings that you are using on RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077 so we can better test the issue.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Good afternoon, Sir, look at it carefully, I sent you RDR2 video test along with Intel Arc A770. When it reaches 73 to 75 or 77 degrees Celsius it is worth 1975 to 2091 RPM, which from 73 to 75 degrees should be running at a speed of 2100 to 2150 with peak 2200 RPM, On the other hand, I want you to please test your laboratory with Intel Arc A770 with RDR2 1920x1080 without opening the computer lid. This Intel Arc A770 product is LE, that is, Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition, your brand, please I ask you faster response to messages

Hello addelucas123,
I just have some clarification on this following matter, can you share to me some information:
- Do you have any references or guidelines that you follow regarding the fan speed of the GPU?
- Additionally, at what specific timeframe should we focus to ensure accurate replication?
- Lastly, would you like us to confirm that the GPU is reaching the temperature you specified?
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Good morning, Let's look at the high temperatures in the games, I don't see it as normal and I see it as absurd that 90 degrees is considered normal okay?, That's the curves of the fan that doesn't reach where it should,Example
Red Dead Redemption 2 Vulkan: I can't tell you how long, I can't calculate. Worse, more or less 5 or 10 minutes at 75 degrees above it goes with a speed of 2000 RPM 2050 even with a peak of 2090 RPM, which at the temperature when it reaches 70 degrees it should work at 1900 1950 RPM and 73 or 75 degrees should be 2100 RPM and 2150 RPM with a peak of 2200 RPM, I know I reach 90 degrees but it doesn't go beyond okay you see it as normal, but a gpu is not normal for me it is not normal, but for you you see it Normal, I'm not going to buy anything else to get better airflow, better case, etc., because if I'm going to maintain the same temperature it's absurd to buy a computer case, I want you to try an RDR2 video game for 4 hours to see if it reaches 90 degrees and how fast the fan works, it is not worth putting the fans on 100% or opening the side cover of an all-automatic computer, I remember that two hours or three hours I reached perfectly 89 and 90 degrees in 2 or 3 hours, an example of RDR2 or Cyberpunk 2077 whatever, I realized that the scenes of the video game, Example RDR2 of playing at night in the video game, the temperatures It increases 2 or 3 degrees and more or less during the day, it can be accepted, I don't know if I explained it, something needs to be agreed upon, yes?

Hello addelucas123,
If you wish to configure the speed of your Arc graphics fan you can do it on the Arc Control. This allows you to set the fan speed at the temperature you want. As such follow this steps:
- Open the Arc Control
- Go to Performance Tab
- Then navigate through the performance tuning and press the configure
From there, you can see the fan speed and select the fan curve. You will now have the capabilities to control the speed based on the temperature you want. Let me know if you have other concerns that I can assist you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Hi addelucas123,
This is well noted on this, but before I investigate this internally, can you share to me if you have some reference that at certain temperature there is a corresponding fan speed on the GPU? I am looking forward hearing back from you.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.

Good night, I have it uninstalled, but I remember the configuration
Cyberpunk 2077: It is set to maximum, which would be in ultra with ray tracing activated in ultra, everything is maximum and Intel XeSS quality mode and 1920x1080p.
RDR2: It is in quality Preset Level: Favor Quality, if you put it in the English game RDR2 it will put you in the graphics quality Preset Level: Favor Quality
