I have a problem with the course, I can't start the Healthcare Brain Tumor–Image Segmentation. 

Despite this I have finished all tasks from this stage:

Apologies for the issues, we're still investigating it and meanwhile, you can also access brain_tumor_segmentation by access into DevCloud for edge -> Build -> Sample Application -> brain_tumor_segmentation.

for the last course Healthcare Brain Tumor – Image Segmentation, it should work by now. 

you can try to click on the START button or RESUME button and it will link you to the Jupyter notebook.
