I got Deactivated for no reason . i am new

why is this happening?????  I got this Mail

Your Developer Cloud account has been deactivated due to observed prohibited use such as cryptocurrency mining, data scraping, malicious program or tampering with Developer Cloud services. 

(How? I didn't even opened . I just registered now)
