I logged in but can't download access key

I logged in website and also enrolled previously but can't download access key
When I go to documentation to download access key but it showing that i not logged in that's the problem please help

Thank you for posting in Intel communities.

Could you please try the below things so you can log in to your Intel® DevCloud account and download the access key?

1. Try opening the link on a PC/Laptop instead of a mobile/tablet device.

2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and retry once again in incognito mode.
