Issue of enrolling DevCloud for OneAPI

Hi there,

from last few days I'm trying to enroll for intel OneCloud OneAPI but each time it shows that this account is already been enrolled and further adds link stating "click here to complete provisioning your account" but after clicking on the link same message display on the screen. Please help me out on this.

Attaching some screenshots for more clarification of the issue faced.

Hi,


We have deleted the corrupted account. Could you please signup for a new account now using original email.


If you face any issue, please let us know.

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Could you please clear your browser cookies and cache and try enrolling again. If that doesn't work try in incognito window.

If the issue still persists, try with an alternate email id to create a new account.

Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance .

It doesn't work after clearing cookies and caches also.

 

Tried in incognito mode as well but nothing changes. 

 

Is there any another way ?

 

Can we delete the account and recreate it with same mail ID?
