Permission denied (publickey)

Hi,

I am trying to access devcloud using the instructions on https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/connect-with-ssh-windows-cygwin/

I can see that ~/.ssh/config has the right username for me, u172399.

I also tried the method given in https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/Permission-denied-publickey/m-p/1403357#M5658 , but no success.
