Could you share the below details
1)Are you using "devcloud for edge" or "OneAPI devcloud"?
2)Are you having this issue on creating new account or is this occurring when you are trying to login to your previously existing account?
1)could you check for any outlook/email rules (if you have any for deleting or re routing particular messages).
2)Also check if the mail has reached your spam/junk email.

I am using devcloud for edge. I am using devcloud since 1month and I was able to get multiple times 6digit code (I was getting mail in my inbox, I check in Junk but did not receive) for login.
But since friday afternoon I am having issue of not receiving mail. Please let me know . Today I tried creating new account as well but still I did not get mail for 6 digit verification code.
