nested vm

My CPU is  11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz. On Virtualbox, i have enabled nested Vt-x/amd v. But still when I run,

egrep -c '(vmx|svm)' /proc/cpuinfo

It gives me a 0 value.

What is wrong here and how do I fix it?
