"Could not launch your instance" - Gaudi2

Hi All,

 

I just followed the gaudi2 guide on 

https://console.cloud.intel.com/docs/tutorials/habana_gaudi2.html#habana-gaudi2

but was shown this message (see screenshot above). This is my 1st attempt so I still have sufficient credit.

Hi LTY,

 

The reason why you are unable to launch the instance is that we are at our capacity right now for all the bare metal systems. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for when the instance will become available. I would recommend trying to launch them again from time to time, and hopefully, you will be able to launch one once an instance becomes available.

Hi Erza, 

 

Thank you for the the clarification. I understand the situation and do not mind testing the system at a later date. Unfortunately my credit will expire on 16 Dec 2023. Who should I contact to extend the validity of the credits?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Cloud Credit validity cannot be extended.
