Can sdxl turbo run on Metero lake npu?

I tried the following jupyter notebook on Metero lake. It can run on CPU or GPU. 

When it runs on NPU, it reported an error "dynamic tensor not supported"

Is there any way to run SDXL Turbo on NPU?

For your information, referring to Limitations in NPU Device, we regret to inform you that currently only the models with static shapes are supported on NPU.
