OpenVINO installation - "\Microsoft was unexpected at this time"

When I try to run setupvars.bat I get the following error message - "\Microsoft was unexpected at this time".  How do I fix this.  I've reinstalled the software and did OpenVINO last.  The installation gave me no errors.

Please provide more details about your setup so we can better assist:

  • OpenVINO install location (i.e. default or custom location)
  • Versions of:
    • OpenVINO (please confirm is R3.1)
    • Python
    • Visual Studio
    • CMake
    • Windows version and build
