Robotics SDK Can't view License Agreement

I can't get familiar with License Agreement while downloading Robotics SDK.

When I click to Review License Agreement, page immediately changes to provide a link to APT repositories.

Below is the state after I clicked Review License Agreement button.

Could you fix the button "Review License Agreement", so when I click on it, I can actually review the License.
