EP53F8QI short circuit

Hello,

 

We are using the EP53F8QI in one of our design. During the validation, the device suddenly shorted. We noticed on the Intel Community (see link below) that it is not the first time that someone faces this failure. In our case as well, the output voltage is 3V3. Could you send me additional information on this issue as it happened in the past ?
