How many Quartus Prime licenses can I rehost?

If I issue a license by adding companion computers ID1 and ID2 or adding a free IP license without changing the primary computer registration, will the number of available rehosts be reduced by one?

The total rehost number is 3. It'll reduce 1 when rehost once.

Thank you for your advice.

I will not change the primary computer.
I will just add and edit the companion computer ID1, ID2 and the free license IP, and reissue the license.
Will the number of rehosts decrease by one in this case?
