Self Service Licensing Center Access Denied

When I try to access the Self Service Licensing Center, I'm shown this message:

Access Denied

You do not have the necessary permissions to access this page.

If you have not registered for FPGA access, please complete the registration in order to gain access to FPGA content pages.

The registration button named “Sign in or register” can be found all the way at the bottom of this page: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/programmable.html

If you still could not access to this page or having issues in registering the FPGA access, you may report your issue by submitting a ticket at https://signin.intel.com/ContactUs

If I follow the first link, there is no "Sign in or register" link to be found.

If follow the second link and file a support ticket, I get this extremely unhelpful response:

"that this falls under Altera and as much as we want to further assist you, this inquiry is beyond our scope of support."

Along with this instruction:

"try out this link: (https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/saml/SSO), where you will be able to submit your license request via the Contact Customer Service form. "

If I follow that link, I get the same Access Denied message with the same links.

I'm stuck in a loop. The only support I have access to refuses to help. We have already purchased licenses for our entire team, but cannot access them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Zac

So you're saying you have a My Intel account and you go here:

https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html

and you can't access your licenses (or it doesn't even let you in)? Hmm. Have you tried signing out and signing back in or trying a different web browser?

After clearing cache and cookies I now have a link to the Licensing Center under the MyIntel menu. However, when I click this, I still get the Access Denied message.

HI Vicky and sstrell,

I am also facing the same problems, my case is even more worst that is happening from 3 weeks. Even I bought license through my company not able to use it in softwares,

There are two problems for me:

  1. In self service licensing center access denied because of not having premier account.
  2. If I try to register for premier account I get the following errors as shown in attachment.

I have attached screenshots of the errors I am facing in following zip file

Hi CPete12,

You better contact your local intel authorized supplier if the problem still persists. Or the problem can be easily solved with creating the FPGA premier access account. In creating that any problems you face you better contact local intel authorized guys. They can only help. Intel customer care will respond very slowly. For me it took weeks.

You can contact the person who ever supplied license to you also to solve this. They can solve for you.
