Good day.
I study with my brother for the third year at Technical
University in Czech Republic. We both study Applied Electronics
(specializing in the automotive industry). We are very interested in
electronics. In the future, we would also like to make a living from
electronics.
We still try to understand electronics as much as possible, but we
know, that the way to understand it correctly is to apply it in
practice.
We have many ideas and visions, that we would like to realize, but our
financial capabilities do not allow us to do so. We would like to
realize our ideas and therefore, We would like to ask you if it is possible
to provide us any free of charge development kit of FPGA from you,
which we would also like to use for our school projects (our final thesis,
which we will prepare this year). We believe that your company offers exactly,
what we need and is therefore a perfect guide to the secrets of FPGAs and electronics.
On the other hand, we would like to work in our own company, which we
are going to start, dealing with the development of electronics,
focused on the development of electronic devices and systems in both
the automotive and consumer industries based on FPGA and we would also like to use
your products during development.
Thank you for your answer and have a nice day.

Thank you very much, but it looks to the way that Intel does not support students in this direction:
Undergrad students are not eligible to register.
If you were looking for Quartus software,
Please download the Web Edition for free.
So I'll have to seek help elsewhere.

Yes, Students are ineligible to be members.
But students can download and use Quartus® Prime Lite Edition software free of charge and can purchase boards at the academic price from Terasic* Technologies.
