Error: A license for CClusOMPL is not available (-5,357).
Make sure that a license file is being used that contains a license
for the requested feature. If your license requires a license server,
make sure that the server is using the right license file (usually,
this would be the same license file that is being used by this
application), and make sure that you have not changed the license
file since starting the server.

Dear customer,
There are articles about license manager on the sfotware.inte.com and can try to find them. One of the article is http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/checklist-for-installation-and-troubleshooting-intel-flexlm-license-manager/
You need to have a license for this product and license itself can be a part of another *.lic file.
Regards!
Dmitry

Dear Customer,
>>>We already raise a PR for a intel cluster tool kit compiler. Is it cluster openmp availabe in this compiler.
The Intel Cluster ToolkitusesIntel MPI andis not related toCluster OpenMP, which is part of the compiler. Intel has retired Cluster OpenMP, no longer give licenses for it, and offer no support. We stopped selling it 2 years ago and posted a note on whatif.intel.com in Feb 2010 that it would be removed in June 2010.
If you have an application that depends on Cluster OpenMP, please reply to this thread.
Thank you,
Patrick Kennedy
