bug in IPPConfig.cmake under Linux

The "IPPConfig.cmake" file distributed with the "intel-oneapi-ipp-devel-2022.0-2022.0.0-808.x86_64" package for Linux is buggy. It searches for library files with the suffix ".${IPP_VERSION_MAJOR}" added to the file name, but those do not exist, the correct suffix is ".${IPP_INTERFACE_VERSION}". The attached patch fixes this issue, please consider integrating it into future releases!

Kind regards,

Markus
