post not appearing here, how do I fix this?

Can somebody help me in getting my first post appear here on the forum? I am new to these forums.

It is a post where I show that Legacy IPP and IPP2019 give different numerical results while resizing a matrix using the same algorithm.

 

Not sure what I missed, but the post is being shown as spam (yellow banner at the top).

 

I have "reported" that it is not the case but not sure whether I did the correct thing.
