Killing orphaned process in MPI for Windows

Hi,

I am using Intel MPI 3.1 for Windows.
On per need basis - I need to launch mpiexec with parameters to perform certain tasks from another process ("hosting process").
I need to take care of situations where the "hosting process" dies and leaves orpahed "MPI" processes.

Looking through the Linux reference manual I can see that using mpdlistjobs and mpdkilljob this task is doable.

I was not able to find any windows equivalents through the smpd in Windows.
Do such equivalents exist? If not, what is the recommended approach to handle such situations in Windows?
