i am too facing this kind of issue with RHEL8. the code was compiled in centos7 and when run in RHEL8, it fails in pure mpi but the threaded version works fine.

Could you please elaborate more about the issue you are facing.

Also, please try the latest version of oneAPI which is 2021.2. and let us know if your issue persists.
