Repartition disk without disabling Optane memory

I have an HP laptop (Dragonfly) with working Optane memory but I cannot upgrade windows 11 to the 22H2 version because the EFI system partition is too small. My current partitions are as following:

Partition 1: System (EFI) - 100 MB
Partition 2: Reserved - 16 MB
Partition 3: Primary - 475GB
Partition 4: Recovery 804 MB

I could modify the partitions with a third party software like EasUS but I am afraid the process might render either Optane or the whole system unusable. My Optane memory is H10 (I think).

Did anybody have a similar experience? Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Disable/unpair the optane and reboot.  Then, consult with Microsoft on how to deal with the partitions.

As always, have a backup of your data.
