I would like to run full diagnostic on four drives at the same time. Seems to work but occasionally one or two of drives will drop offline. When this machine is in production with a heavy load the same thing occurs. We have swapped all four drives. When tested one at a time no errors are found.

Hello Dec945,
We understand that some of your SSDs are getting offline when a heavy load is run and also you would like to know if you can run multiple instances of the Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox.
About this situation, we have some questions for you:
-What are the models of SSDs you have running?
-What is the firmware version on each drive?
-What kind of workload do you run on the drives?
-When the drives go offline, what do you do make them work again?
-Please provide your system's specs, you can use https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 this link to provide the information. (Use the advanced edit button to attach the file)
The Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox is intended to be used with a single instance and not with several, we cannot guarantee the program will respond properly if the system runs several instances.
We will be waiting for your response.
Regards,
Nestor C
