Hi Glue10_Free,
Thank you for contacting Intel!
I hope you're doing well. Could you please provide the exact SSD model details and let us know whether it was purchased separately or shipped with the system? This information will help us assist you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Glue10_Free,
Hope you are doing well!
Thank you for your response. Since the SSD 665p was shipped with the Lenovo Y540, we recommend reaching out to the Lenovo team for further assistance, as they are the appropriate team for technical and software support.
If you purchased an OEM branded server or appliance, contact your OEM for a SW driver version that is compatible with your exact FW version. Using SW and FW versions that have not been validated to work together will affect performance, feature availability, and system stability.
See list of manufacturers’ Support websites.
For a detailed list of features, fixes, known issues and general release information, download the release notes and review the readme.txt that is included in each software release. Release Notes
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
