Change email associated with intel account and now I can't access FPGA self service licensing center

Hello,

 

I changed (and then changed back right after) the email associated with my intel account because the company I work for was purchased. After changing the email associated with my intel account, I couldn't access the self service licensing center. Could someone please help.
