I follow this procedure is not working.
https://www.terasic.com.tw/wiki/Altera_USB_Blaster_Driver_Installation_Instructions
My PC info is in picture 1.
The Win10 already has the driver matched to it when I plug in the USB blaster (picture 2).
I uninstalled the original driver, which appeared as another name, not USB Blaster (picture 3).
I use this way can install the driver, and the programmer shows no hardware and can't find it.
Also, the jtagserver.exe is running (picture 5).
https://www.reddit.com/r/FPGA/comments/11y8sqr/help_me_please_windows_cannot_recognize_usb/
The certificate is like picture 4.
I used the programmer version 22.1std lite edition.
My device is USB Blaster Rev. C.
Or could it be my USB Blaster has an issue?
I only have one, so I can't replace another and do the test.

USB Blaster should not show up as "serial converter". Did you try following Intel's instructions: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/download/usb-blaster.html

Yep, I already tried still not working.
My USB-Blaster hardware IDs compared to driver SW content are different.
So the driver couldn't recognize this device.
I appreciate your help and time.
PS:
My USB-Blaster ID:
USB\VID_0403&PID_6001
The driver recognizes ID:
USB\VID_09FB&PID_6001
