I have a question about the quartus II.

There is handler like +/- on the quartus tool’s window.

When I steer it +, it opens the area as related contencts each statement at once.

And when I steer it -, it closes the area as related contents each statement at once.

However, eventhough I want remain it close after saving the code,

It would be opened after I open the source again.

How could I remain the condition?

I am looking forward you to reply it as soon as you can.

Thank you.

Best Regards

Lukas Park.

I don't think it stores that information. It can't store it with the HDL file, since they are just text files, and I don't think it keeps a "view" of each file it's opened. (That could get messy to store too, as I don't think users want it in the .qsf, they don't want another project file, and hence it would be in the /db, which is often too large to carry around.) I'm sure it's do-able, but don't see that feature being used very much nor being asked to preserve the view.
