Unfixable error - Can't elaborate inferred hierarchy "sld_hub:auto_hub"

After generating my Qsys Nios ii project, I get this "unfixable" error - no matter which project, which operating system, which Quartus version, this error seems unfixable as long as it includes any type of Nios ii in it! I have tried windows 7 and 10, even tried on Ubuntu but couldn't properly install, tried Quartus 15, 16 and 18.1, tried example projects from the design store specific for my board (DE10-Lite) this error and his friends don't seem fixable. I really need help. Here is the list of the error messages(not in order):

Error (12154): Can't elaborate inferred hierarchy "sld_hub:auto_hub"

Error (11176): Set_instance_parameter_value: There is no parameter named DESIGN_HASH on instance alt_sld_fab

Hi Yusuf,

1. Delete all folders & files excluding .qpf, .qsys & .vhd/.v file.
2. Regenerated the qsys system.
3. Include Qysy .qip.
4. Instantiate it in my top-level or set qsys system has the top-level.
5. Compile the design.

If you are still facing problem share the project.

Quartus Prime (light or full) versions are not working properly Win 11 OS home addition which is selected Turkish as "windows display language". Home addition is not allowed to chage language into English unless upgrading to pro version. Briefly Analysis&Synthesis phase can not be passes throw to next while using system display set languge non English. This issue can be replicable on a computer (win 11 home, Turkish system lang. selected). I have tested problematic project on Win11 English, it is compiled perfectly. I have seen similar problems which is related this issue and some suggestion is consist of deleting megafunction folder, deleting several files of the project etc. But not helps. 1st of all the resolver should focus on the problem by providing similar condition and lead the stadd to solve this issue.
