Microphone problems

I have a problem with the microphone, the computer is new and the microphone does not work, I try to fix the microphone but when I go into its settings to test it, it always keeps its green stripes at maximum and it does not have any variation and they do not detect the sound when speaking and the microphone does not work at any time.

Please share the exact make and model of your device so I can find the correct drivers, as I suspect the issue might be related to the audio driver. Alternatively, providing the SSU logs from your device would be helpful. These logs can give detailed information, such as the OS build number and any potential errors, which could assist in resolving the issue. Additionally, let's check some basic things with your device to help isolate the problem. Have you ensured the microphone is properly connected to the correct port on your computer? If it's a USB microphone, try using a different USB port. Also, have you tried using a different microphone to isolate the issue?
