QAT PCI -> f3:00.0 Co-processor [0b40]: Intel Corporation Device [8086:4942] (rev 01)
Above is the QAT HW version 2 PCI in out ubuntu system.
I downloaded the QAT HW 2 package from Intel website but installation still shows that there is not QAT_4xxx module installed. Can someone guide me on how i can correct this?

I see that you are running on QAT HW 2.0 but please check https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000094285/technologies/intel-quickassist-technology-intel-qat.html to ensure that you are using the correct driver for your system.
If QAT HW 2.0 is correct, please refer to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/content-details/632506/intel-quickassist-technology-intel-qat-software-for-linux-getting-started-guide-hardware-version-2-0.html and follow sections: 2 System Configuration and 3 Installation Overview.
