ddr3 megawizard on cyclone V device

Hey everyone,

Im trying to implement the DDR3 example from the megawizard in quartus 14.1 version.

Im using the Cyclone V Soc development Suite.

in the generation section Im getting those errors:

do you know maybe what is the problem?

I've tried to generate the example design in Quartus v14.1 and the generating process is successfully. I will attach the snapshot.

I may not use the exact IP parameter setting as your setup.

It's great if you can share the IP parameter setting for issue replication purpose.

Im using the Micron MT41K256M16HA -125 supplied by the Cyclone V Soc development suite.

the only parameter I changed is the speed grade = 8.

Hi Ram,

I'm not able to replicate the issue from my end.

It's looks like a environmental issue when it's shown this errors.

Have you tried to generate it with different PC that has different OS?

What is the memory size that operate on your PC?

Hi Adzmin,

I don't think its a memory issue.

about the different OS - I tried to download that version from your download center but it says that there is no longer support 

for that version.

in my company we need to work with that version on linux server. we are not working locally on the PC.

can you supply me the 14.1 version for windows and also  for linux so I can try to work on it locally and see if it works?

there was a problem in the installation of the quartus.
