Developer Cloud Standard requests credits

Hi, I have a problem with Developer Cloud.

I signed up for the platform with the Standard-Free plan, but when I want to run a hardware instance a message error occurs: 'We‘re sorry, but you don‘t have an outstanding credit balance to complete this transaction. Please ensure that you have sufficient credits or redeem a new coupon.'
I compiled a form suggested here in the forum in order to obtain a coupon, but I didn't receive any response.

Can someone help me? Thanks.

Hi Jaco_cata,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

For your information, cloud credit services for Intel® Developer Cloud are no longer available because the cloud credit services for Intel® Developer Cloud were given during Intel® Innovation Day. For now, we have moved to a paid service. Hope it helps.

Regards,

Wan

Ok thanks,

but I subscribed to a Standard Free account. Are there possibilities to use hardware free?
Where can I pay for a service? I can see only the redeem coupon page.

Hi Jaco_cata,

Thanks for the information.

For your information, paid service is only available at Intel® Developer Cloud Premium account. We can remove your Intel® Developer Cloud Standard account and allow you to register for the Intel® Developer Cloud Premium account. Please let us know if we can proceed with that and any data or history will be deleted.

On the other hand, yes, you may follow the steps as follow to access JupyterHub Batch Processing instance with Intel® Developer Cloud Standard account:

  1. Go to https://console.cloud.intel.com/
  2. Under Section "Software", Sub-Section "Training", Click "Launch JupyterLab"

Regards,

Wan
