Many users of IDC (non-Intel users) who have signed up, get error messages saying their account is expired and need to contact the administrator after 20days even though they have been actively using their account all these 20days.
Can you please guide us whats the best practices to follow to ensure users don’t have their account expired ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Best practice is to login the Batch Processing/Scheduled access Instance within the last 5 days and make sure that your expiry date is extended (20 days initial access and 7 days extensions) when you SSH into the system.
Please ensure that the access date is extended and if not, download all of your data and open a ticket to Intel® Developer Cloud Support before the instance expires.
