Insufficient storage to install pytorch

Hi,

I am not able to Install pytorch and its dependencies to test Hugging Face LLM  due to unavailable disk space. The root disk has just 20 GB on small instance type and not able to create large instance types. Do you have any suggestion.?

Can you help to explain more about not being able to create a large instance type? Is it related to credit issues?

I have enough credit but could not create large instance type. 

When I try to create large instance type it fails with the following message.

Could not launch your instance

There was an error while processing your compute instance.
we are currently experiencing high demand for this instance type. Please try again later.
Please try again or check the community for hints.

"

I have been trying this for the last 2 days and no luck.

Today I could launch large instance type and test.
