Preview instance not allocating

Why am I not getting any preview instance allocated. I already tried 3 times and it gets disappeared after some time while showing under review.

Hi anwin,

Thank you for the information provided. Could you kindly try to reserve the instance in Region 2 (us-region-2) and let us know if the issue still persists on your end?

Instance Type you would like to reserve:

Cloud Account ID:

Region (us-region-1/us-region-2):

Account Tier:

I am not getting any error messages when I request for a free instance , at first it will show you request is at review and after some time that request itself disappears without any errors.

 

Instance type: Intel® Xeon® processors, codenamed Sierra Forest (Scalable Processor)

Cloud Account ID: 044085448514

Region: us-region-1

Account Tier: Standard
