I have redeemed the coupon but still unable to launch the server.
I also tried using incognito mode on chrome and tried with various other browsers such as opera, firefox. I also tried it with ITDC console but that also isn't working(as suggested on the screen).

- Can the IDC support team access the instance and perform the required operations to validate or fix an issue if needed?
- What time zone are you located in?
- What country are you from?
- Is this your first time launching the JupyterHub?
- Severity level of the issue (Low/Medium/High/Critical):
The cloud account ID and account tier can be found by clicking on the profile icon on the top right side of the console. Please refer to the image below.
