Now, it is OK.

I did not do anything.

Maybe the system rest during the weekend...

Thanks, Ami

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel communities.

In order to assist you better can you please confirm which Devcloud you are using?

Intel Devcloud for oneAPI (https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/)

Intel Devcloud for Edge (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/edge/overview.html)

Intel Developer Cloud (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html)

If you are using Intel Devcloud for oneAPI, it is suggested to retry logging into Intel DevCloud links in a incognito/private browser window after clearing your browser cookies and cache:

Intel DevCloud for oneAPI homepage: https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/

If the issue still persists, please share your User ID for the DevCloud account.

Thanks,

Rahila T

Hi amimar2,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I have tested on my end, and everything appears to be working fine. I can launch the Jupyter Lab without any issue at this moment:

Could you please sign out and sign in to the Intel® Developer Cloud Console  again, and then try to relaunch to see if it works? We would also recommend you to use Incognito mode and clear your browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.). Do let us know if these methods work.

Regards,

Luqman
