training launch notebook failed

Hi,

I cant't launch any training jupyter notebook, getting always the error in the attached image. I sent the email to itdc_training_requests and successfully added the coupon, showing the credit in the balance. In addition, I assisted to an Intel webinar today and received another coupon with even more credit. The webinar moderator could not resolve the issues during the course either.

 

1) Tried from a incognito window in Chrome. Same result

2) Tried from Firefox (no previous logins, no cookies). Same result

 

If you any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing a similar issue for the past three days on the Intel Tiber Cloud Platform. Initially, I encountered a “Could not launch training” error with a 502 status code, both before and after redeem the coupon. After submitting the coupon, the error persisted for one day. However, since yesterday, I’ve been receiving an “Unhandled error starting server” message on JupyterHub and am unable to access the server.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to deal with that. Thank you.

I have validated on my end, and everything appears to be working fine. I can launch training Jupyter notebook without any issue at this moment.

 

Could you please provide us with the following information for us to further troubleshoot this issue?

 

  1. Cloud Account ID:
  2. Intel® Tiber Developer Cloud Email:
  3. Region: us-region-1/us-region-2
  4. How long has it been since you encountered this error ?
