Call voice not received in head phone

actually, i use windows 11 are my mobile is vivo v17 pro model i installed application intel unison software in my computer the software is working perfectly but when i make call from computer there is no sound is playing in the headphone, please guide me if you will be very kind thank you.

Hello i have never user intel product but yes this is the common problem if you connect earphone with the lapy or PC it will not work in most cases make sure you use earbuds instead.

I have also used ear buds but the problem is not solved, the sound does not go out
