Intel Unison only partially working

My iphone 14 will connect with the Unison app, but the message, calls, notification, and transfer tabs just have spinning circles. The gallery IS connected, and I am able to transfer files from phone to PC (windows 11). I've reset both ends multiple times with the same results. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is it possible that you can share with me a photo or a screenshot of the exact issue that you are experiencing?


And also, when did the issue start? Does it happen the first time that you connect your iPhone 14 in the Unison app?


Furthermore, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze your system specifications and configurations. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send me the generated SSU.txt file.
