extend display doesn't work

When we tried to install in new pc. 

 

It is not working. 

 

As I know, the windows updated it last month. 

It is not support the virtual display in pc. 

 

So, I think intel unite for extend display is not working in PC. 

 

We tried to reinstall all pc extend display all version.  

and We updated the intel unite server. 

 

but We can't use the extend display.

I think Intel unite have to update the programs or help the other solutions.

I understand that you have been experiencing issues with the extended display on your Intel Unite environment, lets get this issue resolved as soon as possible.  


To isolate the problem can you please provide the following information:


  • You mentioned that the driver was updated last month by Windows, can you please provide the driver version, and was it working fine before?
  • Is this the only system affected?
  • Please provide the make & model of the system and which Unite version you guys are running on the server and Hub.
