As the title says, I had a crash trying to compile and link with Intel C++ Compiler 2024 from Visual Studio. The full trace of the message is attached. At the top it says
"PLEASE submit a bug report to https://software.intel.com/en-us/support/priority-support and include the crash backtrace."
However, when I attempted to do this, the website informed me that I do not have the ability to submit anything via prority support, so for that reason I'm posting it here
Thanks
Tom

No activity or response here, so how can I submit the bug report?

Hi Tom,
Not sure which VS version you using, please make sure to use the ones that list at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/reference-implementation/intel-compilers-compatibility-with-microsoft-visual-studio-and-xcode.html.
Also, there is a newer one (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit-download.html), can you try 2025.0 on a supported VS versions? If the problem still occurs, you can report a bug here with a reproducer.
Best regards,

Hi
I'm using VS 17.11.5. I will try to install VS 17.9.2 and re-test. However, I do note that this version of Visual Studio is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Thanks
Tom
