Cross-platform heterogeneous parallel programming in C++

I read that Intel will be promoting SyCL (otherwise called DPC++, I think) for heterogeneous parallel C++ programming. Is it available on DevCloud, and if so, how do I use it? If not, what's the recommended way to write scientific computing applications that will run on today's and upcoming Intel CPUs and GPUs?

Yes, DPC++ is available on DevCloud as part of oneAPI Toolkit.  The following link provides detail for how to use on DevCloud:
