Hi MKL users,

I'm trying to download the MKL offline installer in version 2023.1.0 but I can only download the latest version. Is there any way to select older versions in Get Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library ?

Hello Etienne,

Thank you for posting your request here.

The webpage Get Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library only provides out latest oneMKL version.

For your request, if you have already registered oneAPI Toolkit 2023.1 before, then you can download the old version from here https://lemcenter.intel.com/ilc/. Otherwise, we recommend you to file a request ticket through Intel online service https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/?language=en_US

Regards,

Ruqiu

Hello Etienne,

Thank you for creating a ticket for the old oneMKL version installer request through Intel online service https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/?language=en_US. Could you help provide the ticket number created by yourself? And since we can't provide out the old version through community, how about closing this community thread here and let's follow up your new ticket through Intel online service ticket?

Best Regards,

Ruqiu

Hi Etienne, please note that older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.

Intel® has decided that Intel® Toolkits Versions: 2024.0.0 and earlier and Intel Libraries, Analysis, and AI Tools Versions: 2024.0.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.

For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.

Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription.
