Different API levels on Haswell?

Hi all,

sorry if this is a simple question for all the experts here, but we can't find the solution. I have two Haswell computers with latest drivers, one is running Win 7, the other one is running Win 10. If I run the mediasdk_sys_analyzer tool, the Win 7 computer shows HW support up to API level 1.17, whereas the Win 10 computer shows 1.19. Huh? Are there any differences in Haswell architecture being the cause for this? Or is it the OS?
