Metrics Monitor not run

hello :

    I've installed the Media Server Studio 2016 on centos7 system

    but when use /opt/intel/mediasdk/tools/metrics_monitor/_bin/metrics_monitor ,it return error:

   ERROR: Failed to initialize metrics monitor, error code -9

   Any suggestions on getting it going?
