Recommended streaming ways for video conferencing?

I'd like to develop video conferencing software using Intel Media SDK. in this SDK, there is no network streaming module between Peer to Peer.

I'm wondering which is the best solution for network streaming if there is anyone who implemented. I don't think implemting with WinSock isn't the best.

We’ve had some luck using this internally: http://www.wowza.com/media-server
They got a free trial.      

There’s lots of options.   Elecard makes a Dshow Component that does streaming too.

I need a kind of SDK type so that I can customize functions with Intel Media SDK. Elecard solutions look good. How's the Microsoft Unified Communication Client APIS?
