Hi,
my pc configuration is:
- CPU: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12500T
- Graphics: Intel® UHD Graphics 770 (driver 30.0.101.1371)
- OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Version 1809 (Build 17763.4131)
When I am using Intel Media SDK's sample_decode application to decode and render an h264 file by using D3D9_MEMORY, it is always failing in AllocFrame().
But if I use D3D11_Memory or system Memory, then decoding is successful.
It seems there is some issue with this intel driver/hardware as same sample exe works fine on another pc having intel i3-8th gen processor and intel UHD 630 graphics card and having same windows 10 LTSC os version.

One update:
This media sdk issue got resolved after upgrading to latest graphics driver ( v32.0.101.5866) from OEM (ASUS).
But, while upgrading to this driver with 'clean installation' option, it uninstalled the 'Intel Display Audio driver' and new driver pkg did not install any audio driver for HDMI. HDMI sound device keep showing as disconnected device.
Even when I installed latest Realtek audio driver from OEM then also HDMI audio devices is not showing enabled.
I searched but could not find any authentic link for Intel Display Audio driver. As much i know, earlier it used to be clubbed with intel graphics driver pkg itself, but seems not now.
I tried windows update, latest audio driver from OEM but nothing worked for HDMI audio device. Can't hear sound from TV/Monitor attached to this pc.
