Use media sdk 2017 R1 to encode video will cause memory leak on intel i7-7700T

Hi:

we used os is win7.

when input video resolution and output video reolution is different, encode will cause memory leak on i7-7700T,

if input video resolution and output video reolution is same , encode will not cause memory leak on i7-7700T.

there is no problem on other cpu(for example: i7-4770, i7-6700).

we found the function caused memory leak is RunFrameVPPAsync. maybe image scale lead to memory leak?

I think you may need make sure have the most graphic driver first.
